[Antelope] copy origins/event with orb2orb?

Hi Damiano,

did you try -obdbout with orb2dbt? Orb2dbt will copy all database  
tables verbatim to the specified orb.
Now you should copy waveforms from the main orbserver and database  
tables from the one specified with -orbdbout.
