Dear Ali,

the only problem I see here is with the affiliation table.
If you change the line that adds the entry to the affiliation table, it should 
work like e.g. for SHM
SHM:	SHM-DBBUILD
	dbbuild -b dn SHM-DBBUILD
	dbaddv dn.affiliation net AE sta $@

I cannot reproduce your attempts since I don't have the definition for the 
Trillium-40-NEW sensor.

Your makefile is recreating the whole dbaster. You could try to only add the new 
stations wit a command like:

dbbuild -b dn SHM-DBBUILD
dbaddv dn.affiliation net DN sta SHM

and so on for the other stations...
