[Antelope] New address for Antelope Users' Group web-site

Hello All,

We have moved the Antelope Users' Group web-site to a new location:

	http://www.antelopeusersgroup.org/

The old site will remain active for a brief time, but will shortly  
become a re-direct to the above address. This will allow us greater  
flexibility to make changes and updates (for example, the CVS-web  
application is fixed and working once again, and an experimental git- 
based download mechanism is under development).
