[Antelope] Antelope perl extensions broken in Snow Leopard

It seems that the Snow Leopard release of Mac OS X has broken all of
the compiled perl extensions in Antelope 4.11.  This means that many
scripts do not work, for example:

    autodrm 
    dbbuild
    dbloc2
    dbsnapshot
    dlmon
    log2miniseed
    mk_dataless_seed
    pfe
    rt_baler_info
    rtexec
    
Therefore, you should not upgrade your machines to Snow Leopard until
we can resolve this problem.
